A Fearless Protector

“Once I realized insurance defenders were the black hats, I left to help the victims instead.”

I started practicing law as an insurance defense attorney but quickly realized that I was on the wrong side of the fence. Since 1994, I’ve been defending victims of personal injury, and in 2007 I started my own firm so that I could help them even more.

The law is my passion and my purpose.

“I’ve wanted to work in law enforcement ever since I can remember. I simply chose to carry a law book instead of a gun.”
Paul Ralph

Upholding the law has always been my passion. As a child, I wanted to become a police officer. In college, I worked as a security guard. Then, as I continued my education, I found my true place — practicing law.

The type of law I practice may have changed over time, but my purpose never has. I was raised in a midwestern family with a strong moral compass, and to this day, more than anything, I want to do what’s right. The way I see it, defending those who need to be defended is the right thing to do — plain and simple.

When you contact me, I respond personally.

A History of Success

The sooner you reach out, the sooner this can all be over.

If you’re looking for a personal injury attorney, chances are you’re facing a uniquely stressful situation. What you need during this trying time is someone who is not only knowledgeable about the law but who also understands just how important it is to get your life back to normal.

Attorneys often get a bad rap for being more interested in money than people, but that stereotype doesn’t apply to all of us. I care about doing what’s right, and more than anything, I want to help you put this difficult time behind you — but I can only do that if you reach out for help.

Slips and falls, auto accidents, security support negligence, pedestrian mishaps, medical malpractice — I’ve seen it all. But no matter how many cases come into my office, my bottom line remains the same: no one should have to face these challenges alone.

So whether it’s a dog bite, a wrongful death, or even a sexual harassment concern that brings you to my door, know that I will treat you and your circumstances with the utmost respect. You may walk into my office feeling like a victim, but I’ll do all that I can to make sure you walk out feeling independent and empowered.
