When a personal injury affects your life, I’m here to provide you with legal counsel you can depend on. Even more than that, I want to empower you to put your life back in order and move forward.
From the moment we sit down to discuss your case, you will know what to expect. As we move forward, I’ll work to build a personalized strategy for you and keep you up-to-date. No surprises.
I started practicing law as an insurance defense attorney but quickly realized that I was on the wrong side of the fence. Since 1994, I’ve been representing victims of personal injury, and in 2007 I started my own firm so that I could help them even more.
Upholding the law has always been my passion. My interest in law enforcement was present from a young age and became more important as the years passed. While in college and law school, I worked in private security which lead to a number of courtroom experiences, including testifying in criminal trials. With that exposure and as I continued my education, I found my true place — practicing law.
For nearly 30 years I have practiced in the personal injury field, and from having worked on both sides, I have developed a unique insight. The particular focus of my practice may have changed over time, but my purpose never has. I was raised in a midwestern family with a strong moral compass, and to this day, more than anything, I want to do what’s right. The way I see it, helping those who have been victimized is the right thing to do — plain and simple.
Finding the right strategy for each injury case is one of my favorite parts of my job. I believe that with great strategy comes great solutions.
Every case is different, but over nearly 30 years I’ve seen a little bit of everything. Whatever concern you may have, I’m ready to address it.
Each personal injury case is a unique challenge. Fortunately, I’m not one to back down. I’ve settled and tried even the most complex cases.
This is a 5-star attorney who is extremely knowledgeable and caring... I would send any family member to him. Mr. Ralph truly cares about you and your best interest!
He provided me with guidance, was professional at all times, and obtained what I felt to be a more than fair settlement based on what injuries I suffered.
You have been fantastic to work with and made this process much easier. You have been a blessing and I am very thankful.
Having a trustworthy friend’s recommendation (Christina H.) coupled with our phone conversation, left no doubts that my situation would be handled professionally, and equitably.
I have known Paul Ralph for years as a colleague... I do not hesitate to refer potential clients to Paul when necessary. His ability and drive in this profession are top notch.
A 17-year-old client was allegedly speeding on a multi-lane roadway in north Orange County when a left-turning driver violated his right of way. The resulting crash caused severe injuries to the teenaged driver. The case settled for the defendant driver’s insurance policy limits of $50,000.00.
A nearly 50 year old woman walked to her usual bus stop after work. As she attempted to board the bus, the bus driver suddenly closed the door, knocking the victim to the ground to be run over by the rear wheels of the bus. The victim was seriously injured, and the case settled for $1,000,000.00.
In the early morning hours, a 35 year-old truck driver collided with a parked, unmarked tractor-trailer while approaching his off-ramp. The operator of the parked vehicle had not made use of his reflectors, making the vehicle difficult to see. The resulting fire killed the truck driver, and the case settled for a total of $572,000.00.
If you’re looking for a personal injury attorney, chances are you’re facing a uniquely stressful situation. What you need during this trying time is someone who is not only knowledgeable about the law but who also understands just how important it is to get your life back to normal.
Attorneys often get a bad rap for being cold and uncaring, but that stereotype doesn’t apply to all of us. I care about doing what’s right, and more than anything, I want to help you put this difficult time behind you — but I can only do that if you reach out for help.
Slips and falls, auto accidents, security misconduct, pedestrian injuries, medical malpractice — I’ve seen it all. But no matter how many cases come into my office, my bottom line remains the same: no one should have to face these challenges alone.
So whether it’s a dog bite, a wrongful death, or even a sexual harassment concern that brings you to my door, know that I will treat you and your circumstances with the utmost respect. You may walk into my office feeling like a victim, but I’ll do all that I can to make sure you walk out feeling independent and empowered.
